My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 12 hours of receiving your order, at support@novadecor.net. Please provide us with your order number and some pictures of the damaged item.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact support@novadecor.net within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
I entered the wrong email address on my order, please help!
Please be careful when entering the shipping address, novadecor will not be responsible for orders sent to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
What is the return policy?
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your order was shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
